Saturday 28 September - LAX to San Pedro Cruise Terminal

We took a Saferide Limo to the port of San Pedro in Los Angeles, California.  Our driver, Nori, had a sense of humour and chatted with us along the way.  Lots of funny stories and jokes.  Princess has this port sorted – the boarding process was seamless and, thanks to Kerren and David’s new ‘Platinum’ status, we waited in the priority area for priority boarding.  Great!  Our cabins on the Coral Princess are on Deck 12 side by side.  Our cabin attendant, Eric, is friendly.  Spent some time this afternoon exploring the ship and making the necessary purchases for the trip – coffee card, soft drink card, wine card, Lotus spa reservation and as a treat, we’ve purchased an all day entry into ‘The Sanctuary’ (located at the very rear of the ship) from where we will watch the Panama Canal transit.
